This strategic leadership role establishes the talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning systems, and organizational development frameworks required to support scaling engineering and project operations.
Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Strategy: Lead technical, commercial, and executive recruitment pipelines while building specialized talent pools for engineering and project delivery functions.

Organizational Development: Establish performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs to strengthen overall organizational capability.

HR Governance & Analytics: Oversee HR policies, regulatory compliance, people operations, ATS platforms, and data-driven workforce analytics.
Requirements
Primary Requirements

Tenure: 7 to 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within engineering, EPC, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, or heavy construction sectors.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

Technical Expertise: Demonstrated capability in technical recruitment, executive search, competency-based assessment models, workforce planning, and HRIS/ATS administration.
