AI Engineer

Tezza Business Solutions Limited, on behalf of its client, is recruiting an AI Engineer. This full-time remote role focuses on designing, training, and deploying artificial intelligence, machine learning, NLP, and generative AI models into scalable production applications using MLOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Design & Development: Design, train, and deploy machine learning models using traditional algorithms (Regression, Decision Trees, SVM, Random Forest, Bayesian models) and advanced generative AI frameworks (OpenAI, LLaMA).

• Natural Language Processing: Implement NLP pipelines using TF-IDF, Word2Vec, BERT, and classification techniques like Zero-Shot and Few-Shot algorithms.

• Microservices & API Engineering: Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Flask and FastAPI.

• Data Pipeline & Database Management: Integrate and handle structured and unstructured data using MongoDB and MySQL.

• Collaboration & Tooling: Utilize Git/Bitbucket for version control and manage project tasks through JIRA and Asana in cross-functional team environments.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

• Technical Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Python programming, machine learning, statistics, NLP (BERT, Word2Vec, Zero/Few-Shot), Generative AI (OpenAI, LLaMA), databases (MongoDB, MySQL), microservices (Flask, FastAPI), and version control (Git, Bitbucket).

• API & Project Management: At least 1+ years of experience building REST APIs and 3+ years utilizing project management platforms (JIRA, Asana).

Core Competencies

• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data structures.

• Practical expertise in fine-tuning and deploying large language models (LLMs) and NLP architectures.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication abilities.

• Certifications in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP are an added advantage.
