HR Consultant / HR Team Lead

KloverHarris Limited, a human resources and business management consultancy firm in Nigeria, is recruiting an HR Consultant / HR Team Lead. Located in Lagos, this full-time role leads the firm's HR consulting practice, overseeing client advisory projects, leading HR teams, designing corporate frameworks, and driving technical business proposals across various client industries.

• HR Consulting & Client Advisory: Direct end-to-end consulting engagements including HR audits, policy development, job evaluation/grading, compensation benchmarking, performance management systems, and succession planning for corporate clients.

• Team Leadership & Quality Control: Supervise and coach HR Associates, allocate project resources, and review all client deliverables (handbooks, audit reports, strategic frameworks) before final presentation.

• Business Development & Pitching: Draft technical and commercial proposals, participate in client pitches, identify upselling opportunities, and contribute to HR thought-leadership content.

• Project Management & Compliance: Ensure project execution aligns with scopes, timelines, and budgets; advise clients on Nigerian labor law compliance and regulatory updates.

• Training & Facilitation: Design and execute learning programs, leadership workshops, and executive onboarding frameworks for client organizations.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field. (A Master's degree is an added advantage).

• Professional Certification: Mandatory or highly preferred HR certification (CIPM, SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI, or CIPD).

• Experience: 6 to 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years specifically within an HR consulting or corporate advisory role managing client projects and supervising teams.

• Core Competencies: Strong mastery of Nigerian labor laws, workforce diagnostics, proposal writing, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
