About this role
Odunela Group is recruiting a Client Operations Apprentice to join its structured apprenticeship program. Based in Lagos, Nigeria, this role is designed for an organized secondary-school leaver looking to build a career in customer success, business administration, or operations management.
The successful candidate will receive hands-on training under supervision to manage customer inquiries, process onboarding documents, maintain complaint/escalation logs, and manage client files.
What You Will Learn & Do

Customer Inquiry & Request Logging: Learn to receive, log, and process customer service requests and recurring FAQs using approved scripts and templates.

Onboarding Administration: Check onboarding documentation for completeness and schedule approved follow-up appointments.

Record & Log Maintenance: Update customer service files, log complaints, track escalation issues, and keep client/pilot documents organized.

Service Readiness & Testing: Participate in operational rehearsals, service-readiness exercises, and basic quality testing.

Communication & Professionalism: Communicate clearly with clients while protecting sensitive data, maintaining strict confidentiality, and avoiding unauthorized promises.

Education: WASSCE / WAEC, NECO, or equivalent secondary school leaving certificate.

Age & Availability: Must be at least 18 years old and able to work onsite in Lagos on a full-time basis.

Communication: Clear spoken and written English; polite, patient, and professional interpersonal skills.

Technical & Organizational: Basic computer or smartphone literacy, good organizational habits, and the ability to follow structured procedures and scripts.

Desirable Attributes: School, retail, community, church, or hospitality customer service experience; fluency in additional Nigerian languages is a plus.
