Field Sales Representative
About this role
Vitel Wireless Limited—a licensed Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) providing nationwide voice, data, and SMS services—is recruiting 6 Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) to expand its agent network across Enugu State. This role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and activating mobile agents and retail partners across assigned Local Government Area (LGA) clusters in Enugu.

Location: Enugu State (Enugu East, Enugu North, Enugu West LGA clusters)

Agent Onboarding & Recruitment: Identify, prospect, and recruit new mobile agents, trade partners, and retail outlets within assigned LGA clusters.

Network Activation: Train and activate onboarded agents to ensure they become operational, driving daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition targets.

Territory & Account Management: Conduct daily field visits to maintain brand visibility, build long-term relationships with agents, and resolve operational issues.

Reporting & Market Intelligence: Submit accurate daily field logs, sales pipeline updates, competitor insights, and agent feedback to supervisors.

Educational Qualification: OND, HND, or B.Sc in any discipline.

Experience: 1 – 2 years of field sales experience in telecommunications, agency banking/fintech, or FMCG distribution is an advantage.

Location Requirement: Must reside in or around the assigned cluster in Enugu State.

Essential Tools & Skills: Must own a functional smartphone, possess strong communication skills, be tech-savvy, and demonstrate a target-driven mindset.
