About this role
ITH Holdings (IT Horizons) is recruiting an experienced Head of Enterprise Operations & Technology to join its executive leadership team in Gbagada, Lagos, Nigeria.
This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, leading cross-functional teams, and aligning Internal IT, Enterprise Project Management (PMO), and Corporate Administrative functions with overarching business growth goals.
Key Responsibilities-
Internal IT & Digital Transformation: Lead internal IT operations, drive digital transformation initiatives, oversee core technology infrastructure, and optimize enterprise systems performance.

Enterprise Project Management (PMO): Direct high-impact project management and program delivery frameworks, ensuring the execution of complex cross-functional business initiatives on time and within budget.

Operational Governance & Efficiency: Drive operational efficiency, establish administrative governance, streamline internal workflows, and manage strategic vendor/third-party relationships.

Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leaders to align technological capabilities with long-term corporate expansion goals.

Experience: Minimum of 12 years of progressive professional experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive/leadership role leading IT, operations, or PMO functions.

Technical & Project Delivery Track Record: Proven background in internal IT operations, digital transformation projects, IT governance, vendor management, and enterprise-level program delivery.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Added Advantages: Master's degree (MBA, MSc) and relevant executive/professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, TOGAF, ITIL, CISM, Agile/Scrum).
