About this role
Koins Microfinance Bank Limited—a fully licensed, technology and impact-driven microfinance institution—is recruiting a Wealth Manager for its office in Victoria Island, Lagos State. This full-time executive role focuses on mobilizing deposits, building relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients, structuring fixed deposit and investment products, and driving the bank's overall liability growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities-
Deposit Mobilization & Prospecting: Identify, engage, and onboard HNIs, corporate organizations, and institutional clients to meet monthly and quarterly liability targets.

Portfolio & Investment Structuring: Promote and structure fixed deposit, savings, and investment offerings aligned with bank pricing guidelines; prepare term sheets, investment proposals, and indicative offers.

Relationship Management: Maintain proactive engagement and regular portfolio reviews with high-value clients to ensure high retention rates.

Market Intelligence & Risk Compliance: Monitor competitive interest rates and treasury trends to inform pricing strategies while ensuring strict adherence to KYC and internal risk policies.

Education: B.Sc. or HND in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in deposit mobilization or wealth management within a microfinance bank, commercial bank, asset management firm, or investment finance firm.

Network & Skills: Strong existing network of HNIs and corporate clients, solid understanding of treasury and investment rates, and exceptional negotiation and relationship management capabilities.
