Internal Security Officer

Stova Industries Limited—a leading Nigerian home care product manufacturer with over 20 years of operations and a portfolio of more than 58 products—is recruiting an Internal Security Officer for its facility in Ibafo, Ogun State. This full-time security position focuses on protecting physical company assets, enforcing access control protocols, conducting routine factory/warehouse patrols, supervising third-party gate security personnel, and investigating internal policy violations or incidents.

• Job Title: Internal Security Officer

• Location: Ibafo, Ogun State (Ideal for candidates residing in Mowe, Ibafo, Arepo, Magboro, or Berger)

• Monthly Compensation: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 / month (based on qualifications and experience) + 1 free meal per day

• Asset & Facility Protection: Protect physical premises, manufacturing assets, inventory, employees, and visitors across factory floor, warehouse, and office zones.

• Access Control & Patrols: Conduct regular security patrols across all facility zones; enforce entry/exit access control procedures for staff, contractors, delivery trucks, and visitors.

• Contractor Supervision: Oversee and coordinate contracted external security personnel to maintain uniform gate security and perimeter protection standards.

• Incident Investigation: Investigate property loss, theft, vandalism, workplace misconduct, and safety violations; write detailed security reports for management.

• Education: OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any academic discipline.

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience operating in an internal security role within a manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, or logistics environment.

• Core Skills: Calmness under pressure, conflict resolution skills, physical alertness, high integrity, confidentiality, and professional crisis management.
