Institutional Sales Manager

Vitafoam Plc—Nigeria's leading manufacturer of foam, bedding, and comfort materials—is recruiting an Institutional Sales Manager for its headquarters in Ikeja, Lagos State. This senior B2B commercial role focuses on identifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing high-volume corporate supply contracts across target sectors including hotel chains, hospital networks, private boarding schools/universities, real estate developers, and government bodies.

• B2B Sector Penetration: Target and secure bulk supply contracts across key sectors:

  • Hospitality: Hotel mattress and luxury bedding contracts with major hotel chains and serviced apartments.

  • Education: Dormitory bedding systems for private universities, military academies, and boarding schools.

  • Healthcare: Specialized medical mattresses, orthopedic cushions, and clinical bedding for hospital networks.

  • Real Estate & Corporate: Bulk furnishing packages for real estate developers and multinational corporate offices.

  • Public Sector & Tenders: Prepare RFPs and navigate government bidding platforms for military barracks, police colleges, and emergency programs.

• Account & Presentation Leadership: Conduct boardroom technical presentations highlighting product ROI, density warranties, and custom specifications; manage the full contract lifecycle from pilot testing to order delivery.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND).

• Age Limit: 35 years old and below.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven B2B sales experience. Direct experience selling corporate furniture, real estate interiors, hotel supply fittings, construction materials, or commercial consumables in Nigeria is highly preferred.

• Licensing: Must have the ability to drive (valid driver's license).

• Core Competencies: Boardroom pitching, RFP tender management, deal closing, executive relationship management, and sales pipeline tracking.
