Customer Service Representative

Gosub Limited—a software firm operating a digital platform for telecom services, airtime-to-cash conversion, and utility bill payments—is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for its team in Benin City, Edo State. This full-time role focuses on providing real-time support across phone, email, and social media channels, resolving transaction issues, processing customer orders, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

• Location: Benin City, Edo State (Must reside around Sapele Road, GRA, or immediate environs)

• Customer Inquiry Resolution: Respond promptly to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and official social media handles regarding telecom services, airtime transfers, and bill payments.

• Transaction & Order Processing: Assist clients with order processing, product troubleshooting, and escalating complex platform issues to technical or operational units.

• CRM & Record Management: Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, tickets, and transaction statuses using Google Sheets and CRM tools.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and maintain overall customer satisfaction.

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.

• Location Constraint: Must reside in Benin City, specifically around Sapele Road, GRA, or close environs (applications outside this area will not be considered).

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or support desk role.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and CRM software.

• Work Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including night coverage, weekends, and statutory holidays.

• Core Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and emotional resilience under pressure.
