Moniepoint Incorporated—a global business payments and banking platform powering over 600,000 businesses across Africa—is recruiting a Senior Videographer for its production studio team in Lagos State. Joining as a peer-level craft owner, this high-autonomy role requires an experienced practitioner to personally shoot and edit end-to-end video projects—spanning documentary, executive content, event coverage, and talking-head formats—while maintaining direct stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities-
Hands-on End-to-End Production: Personally shoot and edit assigned video projects to studio craft standards without delegating or outsourcing core production tasks.
-
Stakeholder & Timeline Ownership: Own end-to-end communication with internal stakeholders and duo relationships, managing project timelines and proactively identifying delivery risks.
-
Creative Strategy & Format Innovation: Pitch fresh creative concepts, test new video formats, and continuously raise output and storytelling standards across the production pod.
-
Craft Mentorship: Support team growth through craft mentorship and peer collaboration within the production studio.
-
Experience: 4 to 6+ years of professional video production experience, supported by a showreel/portfolio featuring work that is both personally shot and edited.
-
Storytelling Mastery: Proven ability to construct compelling narratives across multiple formats (documentary, corporate executive messaging, live events, and talking-head interviews).
-
Stakeholder Management: Demonstrable track record of direct, proactive communication with project stakeholders, including managing timelines under tight delivery pressures.
-
Work Style: High degree of autonomy, accountability, and adaptability within a fast-moving, high-growth FinTech environment.
