Call Representative Personnel (NYSC / Intern)

Prowbys Innovation Limited—a digital solutions and technology consulting firm delivering custom digital products to corporate organizations and government parastatals—is recruiting a Call Representative Personnel (NYSC / Intern) for its team in Lagos State. This part-time, client-facing telemarketing and business development role focuses on outbound lead generation, cold calling corporate decision-makers, setting sales appointments, and introducing technology solutions.

• Eligibility: Currently serving NYSC Corps Member or Student Intern

• Outbound Cold Calling & Prospecting: Execute daily outbound calls to companies, institutions, and government parastatals to introduce Prowbys’ digital products and technology services.

• Lead Qualification & Meeting Scheduling: Engage key decision-makers, assess organizational technology needs, qualify sales leads, and book product demo meetings for the Business Development team.

• Pipeline Management & Reporting: Follow up on prospective leads, maintain detailed CRM/call logs, and present periodic market response reports to management.

• Sales Support: Assist in early-stage negotiations, present value propositions, and contribute to lead-conversion strategies.

• Candidate Profile: Female NYSC Corps Member or active student/graduate intern currently based in Lagos.

• Communication & Persuasion: Strong verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable pitching to corporate executives and handling cold-call rejections with persistence.

• Tech Aptitude: Fast learner with a genuine interest in software products, digital agency services, and B2B technology sales.

• Software Tools: Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for documentation and lead tracking.

• Added Advantage: Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, call center operations, or client relationship management.
