Facility Supervisor
About this role
JB Farms Limited—a leading commercial oil palm cultivation and agro-processing enterprise—is recruiting a Facility Supervisor for its production facilities and estate in Odogbolu, Ogun State. This operational leadership role oversees site facilities maintenance, utility systems (power, water, HVAC), environmental sanitation, health, safety & environment (HSE) compliance, and vendor management across the agribusiness complex.
Key Responsibilities-
Facility Maintenance & Utilities Oversight: Direct preventive and corrective maintenance across site infrastructure, power systems, water supply, plumbing, HVAC, and building structures.

HSE & Environmental Upkeep: Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards; supervise waste management, landscaping, cleaning routines, and asset safety protocols.

Vendor & Team Leadership: Manage third-party contractors and technical service providers; supervise in-house facility maintenance staff to ensure quality service delivery.

Inventory & Asset Control: Perform routine facility inspections, maintain asset inventories, keep repair logs, and generate operational activity reports using Microsoft Office applications.

Education: Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Estate Management, Facilities Management, Building Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical fields.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in building/facility management, including 2+ years leading facility teams or maintenance personnel.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of building utility systems, Nigerian facility/safety regulations, vendor contract oversight, and proficiency in MS Office.

Core Skills: Effective leadership, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage site workloads under pressure.
