Facility Supervisor

Proforce Galaxies (a division of Proforce Industries Limited)—a defense, advanced space technology, and specialized manufacturing enterprise—is recruiting a Facility Supervisor for its operational complex in Ode Remo, Ogun State. This physical plant and administrative support role oversees continuous facility maintenance, corporate utility infrastructure, janitorial/landscaping teams, and corporate recreational amenities (gymnasiums and swimming pool filtration systems).

Key Responsibilities

• Facility & Amenities Maintenance: Oversee full maintenance cycles for corporate facilities, including swimming pool filtration systems, water testing, chemical treatments, and gym equipment servicing.

• Janitorial & Landscaping Supervision: Direct routine cleaning schedules, estate groundskeeping, waste management, and general facility presentation.

• Utility & Infrastructure Management: Inspect and monitor electrical installations, plumbing systems, standby power generators, and HVAC units across company premises.

• HSE Compliance & Contractor Oversight: Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, conduct facility safety audits, and coordinate technical work with external engineering contractors.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Academic Background: BSc, HND, or OND in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, or Estate Management.

• Technical Experience: 3–5 years supervising property facilities with proven hands-on capability in pool chemical treatment, pump operations, and fitness equipment maintenance.

• Certifications: Professional certifications in Facilities Management (e.g., IFMA), Engineering, HSE, or Certified Pool Operator (CPO) are an added advantage.

• Core Competencies: Supervisory leadership, preventive maintenance scheduling, contractor management, Microsoft Office tools, and HSE incident reporting.
