Baykins Pharmaceutical Company—a healthcare organization engaged in the delivery and distribution of pharmaceutical products—is recruiting a Maintenance Officer for its facility operations in Oniru, Lagos Island, Lagos State. This hands-on facility maintenance role handles routine inspections, preventive equipment maintenance, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, vendor coordination, and environmental safety adherence across the company's premises and storage facilities.
Key Responsibilities

Facility Inspections & Repairs: Perform routine checks and resolve minor electrical, mechanical, and plumbing faults across office and warehouse facilities.

Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled servicing plans for utility systems, office machinery, and facility equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Liaise with specialized third-party technicians and suppliers for major equipment overhauls or specialized structural repairs.

Safety & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate maintenance logs, track repair histories, and uphold workplace health and safety compliance standards.
Requirements & Qualifications

Academic Background: OND, HND, or equivalent technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical disciplines.

Technical Knowledge: Basic hands-on proficiency in electrical wiring, plumbing fixtures, and mechanical troubleshooting.

Core Competencies: Practical problem-solving, prompt emergency response, record keeping, and safety compliance.
