About this role
Fine Brothers Limited—a retail and consumer technology enterprise offering mobile devices, computers, home electronics, and solar/inverter systems—is recruiting a Retail Sales Representative for its outlet in Ikeja (Computer Village), Lagos State. This floor-level commercial role handles direct customer sales, product recommendations, inventory logging, visual merchandising, and target achievement within Nigeria's primary consumer electronics hub.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Consultations & Sales: Engage walk-in customers, assess technical requirements/budgets, recommend suitable gadgets/solar solutions, and drive product sales.

Transaction & Record Management: Process customer orders accurately, maintain sales logs, record repeat transaction details, and compile customer demand feedback.

Store Management & Merchandising: Maintain neat display arrangements across retail shelves, protect showroom stock, and enforce product security.

Target Achievement & Relationship Management: Collaborate with the retail team to hit daily/monthly revenue quotas, follow up with prospective clients, and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Requirements & Qualifications

Academic Background: BSc, HND, or OND in any relevant course of study.

Location & Work Schedule: Resident in or around Ikeja, Lagos (or possessing reliable transport to Computer Village); willing to work a 6-day weekly retail schedule.

Core Competencies: Product persuasion, negotiation skills, basic bookkeeping, customer service, and strong verbal communication.
