Warehouse Executive

BrandCo Nigeria Limited—a retail management company that introduces international high-street brands to urban African consumers—is recruiting a Warehouse Executive for its central distribution and logistics facility in Lagos State. This operational logistics role manages inventory control, stock intake, warehouse space allocation, order dispatch, and store replenishment across the company's retail network.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee goods receipt, stock verification, bin location tagging, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation using inventory management systems.

• Store Replenishment & Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage high-street retail stock for scheduled distribution to retail outlets and e-commerce customers.

• Warehouse & Logistics Operations: Optimize storage capacity, enforce FIFO/LIFO inventory flows, prevent shrinkage, and maintain safety and security standards across the facility.

• Documentation & Vendor Coordination: Process delivery notes, waybills, and stock movement logs while liaising with transport vendors and store managers.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Academic Background: OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and stock reconciliation tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel).

• Core Competencies: Inventory auditing, loss prevention, physical space planning, dispatch management, and detail-oriented record keeping.
