Sales Representative
About this role
Fluff & Stars—a multidisciplinary business solutions and corporate/retail gifting company—is recruiting a Sales Representative for its retail facility in Lekki, Lagos State. This frontline sales and customer experience role is responsible for driving gift and hamper sales, managing walk-in and omnichannel inquiries (WhatsApp, phone calls), tracking order deliveries, maintaining retail visual displays, and hitting monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Consultation: Assist customers with corporate and personal gifting selections, recommend products matching budgets, and cross-sell hamper packages.

Omnichannel Engagement: Handle inbound sales inquiries across telephone, WhatsApp, and walk-in channels; build lasting relationships for repeat business.

Retail Operations & Inventory: Manage order processing, ensure precise product packaging/delivery, keep transaction logs, and maintain neat visual merchandising.

Targets & Feedback: Meet daily/monthly sales metrics and gather customer preference insights to guide product inventory procurement.
Requirements & Qualifications

Academic Background: Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any relevant discipline.

Location Proximity: Candidates must reside in or around Lekki, Lagos (or have guaranteed, reliable transportation to the Lekki office).

Core Skills: Persuasive communication, negotiation, customer service orientation, basic bookkeeping/record-keeping, and resilience under pressure.
