Job Description

Drive efficient, consistent, and data-led talent processes across the organization, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee confirmation, and performance management.

Partner with business leaders to translate workforce requirements into practical talent solutions, strengthen operational workflows, and manage HR technology and analytics.

Lead talent acquisition for critical, specialized, and safety-sensitive aviation roles while maintaining employer branding, audit compliance, and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with leadership on short- and long-term manpower planning and develop recruitment pipelines for specialized roles.

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, employee confirmations, talent reviews, and succession planning.

Establish and refine talent policies, workflows, templates, and service standards.

Track and report key talent metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, turnover, source effectiveness) using HR tools and databases.

Manage candidate experience, recruitment vendor relationships, and compliance with employment regulations and audit standards.

Supervise, coach, and direct members of the Talent Operations team.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HR/Talent Management, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Demonstrated expertise in talent sourcing, applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and MS Office Suite.

Strong leadership, conflict resolution, negotiation, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications & Attributes
-
Professional HR certification (CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM).

Previous experience within aviation or another highly regulated, operationally intensive industry.

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with recruitment via social media and professional networks.
