Social Media Manager / Content Creator
About this role
Alphaa Africa Travel and Tours—a full-service travel management agency based in Wuse II, Abuja—is recruiting a Social Media Manager / Content Creator in a hybrid work capacity. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, this role is responsible for driving brand awareness, growing digital travel audiences, creating video and visual content, and managing daily engagement across social channels.
Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Campaign Management: Develop daily multimedia content (short-form videos, reels, graphics, copy) showcasing travel packages, holiday destinations, and corporate travel solutions.

Content Planning & Analytics: Design monthly content calendars, run targeted campaign strategies, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns based on social analytics.

Community Management: Monitor DMs, reply to comments, engage with potential travelers, and foster an active community across platforms.
Requirements & Qualifications

Academic Background: Relevant degree/diploma in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, Creative Arts, or a related discipline.

Technical & Creative Skills: Visual storytelling, short-form video editing, copywriting, graphic design, and social media management tools (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite).

Core Competencies: Social trend tracking, digital community engagement, performance analysis, and brand identity enforcement.
