About this role
Food Concepts Plc—the flagship parent company of Chicken Republic (West Africa's largest chicken Quick Service Restaurant chain)—is recruiting Restaurant Management Trainees for its outlet in Wuye, Abuja (FCT). This entry-level operational leadership program trains successful candidates across key quick-service restaurant (QSR) operational areas, including store management, customer experience, shift supervision, inventory control, and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Training: Complete rotation through key QSR operational modules, learning daily store management, food hygiene protocols, and service standards.

Customer Service & Floor Supervision: Oversee front-of-house operations, process customer feedback, and maintain rapid service delivery.

Inventory & Quality Management: Monitor stock levels, track waste, oversee stock replenishment, and verify food compliance protocols.

Team Leadership: Assist Shift Managers and Store Managers in directing junior kitchen staff and cashiers during operational shifts.

O'Level Foundation: WAEC, GCE, or NECO with at least 5 credits, including Mathematics and English Language.

Higher Education: B.Sc. (minimum Second Class Lower Division / 2:2) or HND (minimum Lower Credit) in any discipline from a recognized institution.

National Service: Mandatory completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program with an official Discharge or Exemption Certificate.

Experience Baseline: 0 to 2 years of post-NYSC work experience.
