DWC Engineering & Project Management—a technical consulting and infrastructure firm based in Lekki, Lagos—is recruiting serving National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members for its graduate internship program.

This entry-level Place of Primary Assignment (PPA) opportunity provides hands-on technical exposure, project management experience, and career mentorship across engineering execution, digital technology, and corporate financial accounting.

Target Disciplines & Track Focus

• Engineering Track: Graduate engineers (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Building Technology, or Project Management) supporting site operations, CAD design drafting, cost estimation, and project coordination.

• Computer Science Track: Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT graduates managing internal IT infrastructure, database logging, basic software solutions, or technical documentation.

• Accounting Track: Accounting or Finance graduates assisting with vendor invoice logging, project cost accounting, petty cash management, and basic financial reconciliations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• NYSC Eligibility: Active serving corp member seeking a primary place of assignment (PPA) in Lagos State.

• Academic Background: B.Sc. or HND degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.), Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or Finance.

• Core Competencies: Strong analytical orientation, computer literacy (MS Office, basic software tools relevant to discipline), eagerness to learn, and professional communication.
