About this role
Taiken Property Group (TPG)—an urban real estate development firm established in 2015 specializing in multi-family residential and commercial assets—is recruiting an Architect for its project development team in Ikoyi, Lagos.
This project-focused role leads concept-to-construction architectural design development, generates Good for Construction (GFC) working drawings, controls design revisions, and manages external consultant workflows across high-density Ikoyi real estate developments.
Key Responsibilities

Concept to Schematic Design: Lead architectural design development from initial conceptual sketches through schematic design frameworks for multi-family residential and commercial projects.

GFC Working Drawings & Revision Control: Produce comprehensive Good for Construction (GFC) detailing and maintain strict drawing version control across all site contractors and engineering units.

Consultant & Workshop Management: Coordinate directly with external design consultants (structural, MEP, QS), lead design workshops, and deliver formal stage presentations to executive stakeholders.

Site Milestone Tracking: Monitor architectural execution progress against project delivery baselines and site construction requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications

Academic Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Sc., B.Tech, M.Sc., or M.Tech).

Domain Experience: Proven track record in multi-family residential or commercial urban real estate projects in Nigeria.

Technical Software Suite: Advanced technical proficiency with CAD software, Revit (BIM), and 3D modeling/rendering suites (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion).

Core Competencies: Technical drawing control, consultant interface, space planning, building code compliance, and structural/MEP integration.
