Marketing Officer

Vertex Realty Solutions Limited—a real estate development and property management firm—is recruiting a Marketing Officer for its corporate office in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State.

This role executes digital and print marketing campaigns, manages social media/SEO strategies, tracks analytics via CRM tools, and drives brand awareness across residential and commercial real estate portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution & Social Media: Plan and run promotional campaigns across digital platforms, print media, websites, and social channels.

• Content Creation & Copywriting: Draft, proofread, and produce marketing copy, property brochures, digital ads, and social media posts.

• Market Research & Analytics: Conduct market trend analysis, study consumer buying behavior, and track campaign ROI using web analytics and CRM systems.

• Event Coordination & Collaboration: Support promotional property events, trade shows, and open-house activations while liaising with sales teams and external creative vendors.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Work Experience: 1–3 years of core marketing experience, with compulsory hands-on background in the real estate sector.

• Technical & Core Skills: Proficiency in digital analytics, SEO tools, social media management, basic data analysis, and multi-tasking.

• Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, creative copywriting, and cross-functional team collaboration.
