Architectural Interior Designer

Dwellion Design—a residential, commercial, and environmental interior architecture firm established in 2017—is recruiting an Architectural Interior Designer for its design studio in Chevron-Lekki, Lagos.

This project delivery role focuses on developing interior architectural concepts, producing 3D/2D visual renderings, specifying interior materials and finishes, and supervising contractor execution on-site across luxury multi-family, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Interior Design & Spatial Planning: Develop spatial layouts, interior architectural concepts, and detailed working drawings for residential, hospitality, and commercial developments.

• 3D Visualizations & Proposals: Create photorealistic 3D renderings, 2D layouts, mood boards, and client presentations using industry design software.

• Materials & Cost Estimations: Select interior finishes, materials, fixtures, and furnishings, while generating cost quotes and tracking project execution budgets.

• Site Supervision & Contractor Coordination: Inspect project sites to verify contractor compliance with design specs, building codes, and execution timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, Spatial Design, or a related field.

• Mandatory Portfolio: Must present a portfolio demonstrating interior architectural work, spatial layouts, and 3D renderings.

• Software Toolset: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign).

• Core Competencies: Building code compliance, site inspection, vendor management, material specification, and client presentation.
