About this role
HR Aid Consults is recruiting a Social Media Manager on behalf of a luxury fashion and retail client based in Lekki, Lagos State. Reporting to the Creative Director and Marketing Lead, this role drives brand awareness, short-form video production, luxury visual storytelling, influencer partnerships, and AI-powered marketing workflows for high-end fashion lines in Lekki.
Key Responsibilities

Luxury Brand Strategy & Visual Direction: Develop digital marketing campaigns that align with high-end luxury fashion aesthetics, maintaining premium visual standards across Instagram, TikTok, and Meta platforms.

Content Creation & Short-Form Video: Direct, shoot, and edit short-form reels, lookbook clips, behind-the-scenes video, and promotional imagery.

AI Tool Integration & Automation: Utilize AI marketing tools and social automation platforms to streamline content production, captions, and customer engagement.

Paid Media & Influencer Management: Manage Meta Business Suite ad budgets, monitor ROI metrics, and curate influencer collaborations.

Academic Credentials: Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc. / B.A.) in Marketing or Media Communications.

Technical & Creative Stack: Practical proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, and emerging AI tools for content operations.

Core Competencies: Aesthetic eye, photography/videography, copy editing, luxury market positioning, and community management.
