Recruiting Coordinator Intern

SLB (formerly Schlumberger Limited)—the world's leading energy technology company providing reservoir characterization, drilling, production, and processing solutions—is recruiting an HR Recruiting Coordinator Intern for its operations hub based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
This early-career human resources role supports the Talent Acquisition (TA) unit across candidate sourcing, university recruitment drives, assessment center logistics, candidate travel/relocation arrangements, and HR Data Privacy compliance.
Key Responsibilities-
Talent Acquisition Logistics: Support candidate scheduling, interview coordination, travel and relocation arrangements, and logistics for on-site assessment centers.

Campus & University Relations: Coordinate regional university engagements, career fairs, and entry-level graduate recruitment pipelines.

HR Database & Record Management: Maintain recruitment databases, update job requisitions, file new hire documentation, and handle candidate status inquiries.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Enforce compliance with Data Protection/Privacy laws and participate in HR employee engagement initiatives.

Academic Credentials: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Management Sciences, or Social Sciences.

Graduation & NYSC Status: Recent graduate (maximum 2 years post-graduation) with a valid National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Discharge or Exemption Certificate.

Software Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Core Competencies: Data privacy awareness, organizational ability, proactive problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.
