About this role
Landmark Africa Group—a premier real estate, hospitality, and leisure destination developer—is recruiting a Project Co-ordinator for its landmark redevelopment of the Port Harcourt Tourist Beach in Rivers State. Reporting to the Lead Project Director, this role coordinates on-site construction, vendor workflows, contractor schedules, procurement logistics, and regulatory approvals for Landmark's waterfront leisure and hospitality expansion in Port Harcourt.
Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Workflow Coordination: Monitor daily on-site development activities at the Port Harcourt Tourist Beach, coordinating trade contractors, engineers, site supervisors, and equipment suppliers.

Timeline & Milestone Tracking: Track construction schedules, procurement lead times, and project deliverables against strict milestone deadlines set by corporate headquarters in Lagos.

Stakeholder & Regulatory Liaison: Coordinate between local state government authorities, host community liaison teams, architectural designers, and internal operations leads.

Quality Assurance & Budget Tracking: Ensure construction activities meet Landmark's luxury aesthetic and safety standards while managing site expenses and material reconciliation.

Geographic Mandate: Must currently reside in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

Academic Credentials: Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or Project Management.

Sector Background: Background in commercial project coordination (prior experience in hotel, resort, or entertainment facility development is a distinct advantage).

Core Competencies: Contractor management, site logistics, problem-solving, construction scheduling, and clear cross-departmental communication.
