Head of Transaction Processing

Incel Group (Incel Tourism LLC)—a Destination Management Company operating across Dubai (UAE) and Sub-Saharan Africa—is recruiting a Head of Transaction Processing for its regional headquarters in Lagos State. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO), this senior financial operations position leads the end-to-end verification, reconciliation, settlement, and risk management of multi-currency travel transactions, visa fee collections, flight booking settlements, and vendor disbursements across the Sub-Saharan African market.

• Operational Leadership & Settlement Oversight: Lead end-to-end processing, batch verification, payment gateway reconciliations, and daily transaction settlements across booking systems.

• Risk Management & Exception Controls: Enforce operational controls to mitigate fraud, chargebacks, and input errors; investigate payment exceptions and manage daily authorization limits.

• Inter-Departmental Reconciliation: Partner with Finance, Treasury, IT, and Compliance units to ensure daily ledger balance match, clear outstanding items, and streamline ERP transaction workflows.

• SOP Optimization & Team Management: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), automate transaction pipelines, monitor team KPIs (accuracy rate, SLA turnarounds), and manage internal/external audit engagements.

• Academic & Professional Standing: B.Sc. in Accounting/Finance + 7–10 years financial operations experience (ACCA/ACA/ICAN/CFA preferred).

• Technical Software Toolstack: Advanced MS Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, macros), financial processing systems, payment gateway dashboards, and enterprise ERP platforms.

• Core Competencies: High-volume transaction reconciliation, settlement risk control, team leadership, SLA enforcement, audit trail management, and operational process automation.
