Accountant

Incel Group operates Incel Tourism LLC, a leading destination management company based in Dubai with a full-fledged office in Lagos serving the Sub-Saharan African market, offering visas, flights, hotel bookings, and tour services

The Accountant will manage financial transactions, ensure accurate accounting records, perform reconciliations, maintain regulatory compliance, and support financial reporting, with a strong focus on travel industry operations including airline ticketing and BSP reconciliations

• Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Review and reconcile Daily Sales Reports against bookings, invoices, and receipts
• Monitor customer receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely settlement of approved obligations
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Manage IATA BSP reconciliations, remittances, and airline settlement compliance
• Ensure timely remittance of PAYE, Pension, VAT, Withholding Tax, and other statutory obligations
• Maintain fixed asset registers and conduct periodic asset verification exercises
• Utilise accounting and ERP systems and recommend process improvements
• Support audits, tax reviews, and internal control reviews

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 6 years of accounting experience within travel, tourism, aviation, or hospitality
• Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, ACA, or ANAN is mandatory or in advanced stages
• Strong understanding of travel industry accounting and airline settlement systems
• Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools
• Knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and statutory compliance requirements
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
