About this role
Travoofy—a Travel Tech company operating in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt—is recruiting a General Manager for its office in Ikoyi, Lagos. Reporting to the Board of Directors, this full-time role leads overall business operations, sales execution, corporate travel management, financial control, partnership development, and team performance across the company's travel and tourism platform.
Key Responsibilities

Executive Leadership & Operations: Provide operational leadership across sales, travel booking operations, customer experience, finance, and human resource management.

Revenue & Market Growth: Formulate growth strategies to expand corporate travel market share, drive revenue targets, and build strategic industry partnerships.

Financial & Credit Control: Oversee commercial performance, budget management, credit control operations, and overall P&L health.

Performance & Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams, establish KPIs, and foster high-performance execution.

Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of corporate travel operations, booking systems, credit control, and travel technology platforms.

Leadership Profile: Proven record of managing commercial teams, driving business expansion, and making strategic decisions independently.

Core Competencies: Commercial acumen, financial management, stakeholder negotiation, and proficiency in MS Office and travel management systems.
