Loan Sales Executive
About this role
Rosabon Financial Services Limited—a subsidiary of The Concept Group, licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and a long-standing member of the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN)—is recruiting a Loan Sales Executive - Salary Loans & Investments across its Anambra State field hubs. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this sales and business development position is responsible for lead generation, salary loan disbursement, deposit/investment mobilization, and client relationship management across Awka, Onitsha, and Nnewi.
Key Responsibilities-
Loan Sales & Product Distribution: Drive the sales and disbursement of personal salary loans and specialized credit facilities to eligible public and private sector workers.

Investment & Treasury Mobilization: Onboard high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients for Rosabon’s high-yield investment notes (e.g., Rosabon Treasury Note, Rosabon Earning Plan).

Lead Generation & Client Onboarding: Source, evaluate, and convert individual and corporate leads into long-term business relationships across the Anambra commercial corridor.

Revenue Target Execution: Meet and exceed assigned monthly gross loan booking and deposit mobilization targets.

Academic Credentials: SSCE / NCE / OND in any discipline.

Domain Experience: 0–3 years in loan officer, credit sales, direct sales agent (DSA), or wealth management roles.

Core Competencies: Local Anambra market knowledge (Awka/Onitsha/Nnewi), direct selling, credit application screening, customer acquisition, and target-driven sales execution.
