Human Resource Manager

Blissview Hotel & Suites—a premium hospitality brand delivering accommodation and service experiences—is recruiting a Human Resource Manager in Osogbo, Osun State. This role oversees end-to-end human resource operations across all hotel departments, including talent acquisition, policy development, contract administration, employee relations, performance appraisals, labor compliance, and staff welfare.

• HR Strategy & Policy Execution: Develop and enforce HR policies, workplace procedures, and strategies in alignment with corporate hotel objectives.

• Recruitment & Workforce Planning: Manage full-cycle recruitment, job advertising, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and workforce forecasting with department heads.

• Employee Relations & Performance: Oversee employee grievances, disciplinary proceedings, conflict resolution, staff performance appraisals, and orientation programs.

• Administration & Compliance: Prepare appointment letters, employment contracts, and personnel documentation; track staff attendance, leave, and compliance with labor laws.

• Reporting & Welfare: Prepare regular HR management reports (headcount, turnover, discipline) and organize staff engagement and welfare initiatives.

• Core Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Management, Psychology, or a related field.

• Certifications: Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage.

• Competencies: Strong leadership, conflict resolution, administrative capability, confidentiality, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
