CNG Station Manager

FEMADEC Group—a growing leader in Compressed Natural Gas (CNG retail and conversion), express logistics, renewable energy, and manufacturing—is recruiting CNG Station Managers across multiple strategic locations in Nigeria (Oye-Ekiti, Minna, Maiduguri, and Bauchi).

This role oversees day-to-day station operations, equipment maintenance, health and safety (HSE) protocols, fuel attendant supervision, inventory/stock reconciliation, financial controls, and daily reporting across the company's newly built CNG daughter stations.

• Station Operations & Supervision: Manage daily CNG station operations, supervise fuel attendants and station personnel, and enforce high standards of customer service and station cleanliness.

• Equipment Maintenance & Safety Compliance: Monitor CNG dispensing equipment, coordinate routine inspections and maintenance, and enforce strict adherence to HSE, fire safety, and emergency response procedures.

• Stock Reconciliation & Financial Controls: Manage gas inventory levels, perform daily stock reconciliations, oversee cash handling, and maintain accurate sales records.

• Reporting & Risk Management: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, identify operational risks, and execute quality control initiatives.

• Education: B.Sc. or HND in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Experience: 4–5 years in fuel station operations, CNG, downstream Oil & Gas, or automotive/engineering services, including a minimum of 2 years supervising station attendants or operational teams.

• Certifications & Training: HSE Level 1, 2 & 3; CNG Operations & Safety; Fire Safety & Firefighting; Emergency Response; IOSH Managing Safely or ISO Auditor training (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) is advantageous.
