About this role
Recruitment International is hiring experienced Sales Agents to join a high-performance team at a global FinTech and Investment firm (financial brokerage) in Ikeja, Lagos. Onboarding starts next week
Location: Ikeja, Lagos (fully onsite)
Starting Salary: NGN 250,000 per month plus uncapped commission (unlimited earning potential)
Responsibilities- Engage and convert qualified leads
- Build strong client relationships
- Follow up and close deals
- Achieve conversion and revenue targets
- Experience in brokerage, Forex, investment, insurance, marketing, FinTech or high-ticket sales
- Strong communication, persuasion and closing skills
- Target-driven, competitive and income-motivated
