Position: Salon Business Manager
Reports to: CEO/Managing Director
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Eleyele, Ibadan (Please note: only applicants living within or around this location will be highly considered).
Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, result-driven, and business-oriented individual to join our client’s team as a Salon Business Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee daily business operations, ensure smooth departmental coordination, drive profitability, and support the company in achieving its strategic and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the salon and sales unit, including production, inventory, and order fulfillment.
- Lead business growth initiatives, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Supervise teams across production, sales, and admin departments.
- Streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency across departments.
- Maintain discipline, staff coordination, and accountability.
- Participate in scheduled progress reviews with management.
- Manage key client relationships, handle inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Previous and proven experience in supervisory roles or related roles (is an advantage).
