About this role
Job Summary
Responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving high-quality pizzas and shawarmas while maintaining food safety, hygiene, and consistency in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare pizza dough, toppings, sauces, and shawarma ingredients.

Cook and assemble pizzas and shawarmas according to approved recipes.

Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely order delivery.

Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and kitchen utensils.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
-
Monitor ingredient quality, stock levels, and minimize food wastage.
-
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely.

Support general kitchen operations as assigned.
Requirements
-
Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.

At least 1 year of experience in pizza, shawarma, or fast-food preparation.

Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good teamwork and communication skills.
