Growth Manager
About this role
Pixe Finance is recruiting a full-time, on-site Growth Manager in Lagos to lead its customer acquisition and performance marketing efforts. You will own the strategy and execution of paid acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels, focusing on driving high-quality loan applicants at an efficient cost per acquisition (CPA).
Key Responsibilities

Paid Acquisition Strategy: Own and execute growth strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and affiliate networks.

Budget Management: Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget across channels based on real-time performance data.

Funnel Optimization: Partner with product and design teams to run A/B tests and optimize landing pages and the loan application funnel.

Growth Analytics: Build and manage data dashboards to track key performance metrics including CPA, LTV, and user approval rates.

Creative Direction: Collaborate with designers to produce, test, and optimize high-converting ad creatives and copy.
Requirements
Experience & Skills

Tenure: 4+ years of professional experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition.

Sector Background: Prior experience driving acquisition strategies within the fintech or digital lending sectors.

Core Competencies: Strong data analytics skills, conversion rate optimization (CRO) expertise, and project management capabilities.
Technical Literacy

Tools: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and mobile attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust).
