Product Manager
About this role
Pixe Finance is recruiting a full-time, on-site Product Manager in Lagos to support the end-to-end execution of digital lending product initiatives. Working alongside senior product leadership and engineering teams, you will research, define, and ship feature improvements that directly optimize the application funnel and user experience.
Key Responsibilities

Product Discovery: Support product discovery phases through competitive analysis, user research, and internal data analysis.

Requirements Gathering: Write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and workflows for upcoming product features.

Sprint Execution: Collaborate directly with engineering teams through sprint planning, development cycles, QA testing, and product release phases.

Funnel Optimization: Participate in the design and analytical review of A/B tests to systematically remove friction from the loan application pipeline.

Telemetry & Documentation: Monitor key product KPIs, compile regular reports, and maintain updated product release notes.
Requirements
Experience & Skills

Tenure: 2+ years of professional experience in product management, business analysis, or a closely related role.

Sector Background: Prior experience operating within the fintech or financial services space.

Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and clear written and verbal communication.
Technical Literacy

Methodologies: Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile frameworks.
