UI Designer – Digital Lending Products
About this role
Pixe Finance is recruiting a full-time UI Designer in Lagos to support its digital lending, consumer credit, and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) platforms. This creative role is responsible for designing user interfaces, landing pages, and localized advertising creatives that drive trust, engagement, and conversion for the Nigerian market.
Key Responsibilities

Interface & Asset Design: Design high-fidelity user interfaces for loan products, landing pages, repayment channels, and campaign pages.

Ad Creative Production: Create engaging visual assets for digital channels including Meta, Google, and TikTok.

Performance Design: Analyze live campaign metrics (CTR, conversion rates) and iterate on designs to improve performance.

Brand Consistency: Maintain structural design consistency across all corporate product UI and digital marketing collateral.
Requirements
Experience & Skills

Tenure: 1–3 years of professional experience in UI design, product design, or digital advertising design.

Sector Background: Experience working on fintech, digital lending, consumer credit, or mobile installment products is a strong asset.

Core Competencies: Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and conversion-focused design principles.
Technical Literacy

Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Portfolio Requirement: A portfolio showcasing UI design, landing pages, digital ad creatives, or related fintech project work is mandatory.
