About this role
Ravenpay Limited, a leading fintech company providing personalized financial services and tools across Africa, is recruiting Field Sales Agents to join its Fuel Credit Programme. This contract role is open to energetic, confident, and self-motivated individuals ready to onboard commercial drivers onto fuel financing solutions. No previous experience is required, and the company provides full training alongside opportunities for top performers to transition into full-time roles.
Locations: Ajegunle, Ikotun, Iyana Iba, Badagry Expressway, Eleko, Ajah, Surulere, Oyingbo, and Amuwo-Odofin – Lagos

Key Responsibilities-
Onboarding & Registration: Register and onboard commercial drivers onto the Fuel Credit Programme, ensuring seamless account activation.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with drivers, fleet owners, and transport unions.

Target Achievement: Meet daily customer onboarding targets and ensure timely fuel credit repayments.

Reporting & Operations: Maintain accurate customer records, submit weekly activity reports, and support day-to-day field operations.

Education: Minimum of SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.

Experience: 0 years / No previous experience required (Full training is provided).

Core Competencies: Friendly, confident, honest, disciplined, and comfortable working directly in motor parks and field locations. Must be target-driven and eager to learn.
