About this role
Triumph Power and Gas Systems Limited (TPG), an ISO 9001:2015 certified energy services provider specializing in the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of high-stakes infrastructure, rotating equipment, and asset lifecycle support, is recruiting an Operations (Project Services) Lead to join its Operations and Projects department in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Reporting to the Head of Operations Delivery, the successful candidate will spearhead day-to-day tactical execution, project governance, and the end-to-end proposal development pipeline.
Key Responsibilities-
Project Governance & Execution: Lead day-to-day project execution and customer-delivery oversight across the portfolio of OEM channel-partner engagements, providing direct management oversight to Project Managers.

Proposal & Contract Management: Drive the end-to-end proposal development process from RFQ receipt to submission. Manage contracts (POSA, MSA, LTSA), variations, claims, and warranty terms.

OEM & Supply Chain Interface: Manage OEM and partner interactions covering PFI reviews, parts/tooling logistics, and supplier performance. Coordinate with SCM and Finance on freight, customs, NCDF, WHT, and cash flow planning.

Reporting Cadence: Own the departmental reporting structure, including weekly KPI roll-ups, standing Project Progress trackers, and quarterly Balanced Scorecard (BSC) reviews.

Project Close-out & Mentorship: Drive technical-commercial project close-outs (invoicing, milestone certification, retention release). Coach teams on TPG SOPs and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Education: Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical/business discipline.

Experience: Proven results-driven experience in operational leadership, project services, or contract administration within the Oil & Gas, Power, or heavy infrastructure sectors.

Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of technical-commercial offer building, project controls, supply chain workflows, contract law/T&Cs interpretation, and ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.

Core Competencies: Strong leadership and team-coaching capabilities, exceptional written communication, rigorous analytical skills, and stakeholder management expertise.
