About this role
ABNL Limited—an indigenous oil and gas servicing company established in 1992 to provide engineering and technical services across Nigeria and the West African sub-region—is recruiting a Project Coordinator III for field and office operations based at the Qua Iboe Terminal (QIT) in Akwa Ibom State. This contract role is responsible for providing advanced office and technical coordination for geophysical vendor field operations, assisting with project management reporting, managing project documentation transmittals, tracking cost/schedule metrics, and interfacing with sub-consultants and clients.

Location: QIT (Qua Iboe Terminal), Akwa Ibom State

Meeting & Stakeholder Coordination: Organize internal and external proposal/project meetings, issue official meeting minutes, generate action item logs, and track close-outs with designated owners.

Project Reporting & Cost Control: Produce weekly/monthly project status, KPI, and close-out reports; assist the Project Manager (PM) and Project Controls Lead with budget, invoice, and schedule tracking.

Document Control & Commercial Administration: Coordinate document submission transmittals and retention; manage invoice/timesheet submissions to clients; review supplier/sub-consultant invoices for finance processing; coordinate the issuance of purchase orders and subcontracts.

HSE & Operational Compliance: Maintain physical fitness requirements and adhere strictly to all project health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols (including offshore/vessel certifications where required).

Education: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.

Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset. Mandatory up-to-date vendor/project certifications for the duration of the contract.

Experience: Extensive experience in project coordination and technical roles within large-scale Design & Build environments, including managing general contractors and design sub-consultants.

Core Competencies: Advanced knowledge of PM processes, proficiency in MS Office suite and communication technologies, fluent English communication, and high physical fitness for terminal/field deployment.
