Data Analyst

Iknorbert Communications Limited, established in 2012 as a leading sales and distribution hub for Information Communication Technology (ICT) and allied products across Africa, is recruiting a Data Analyst for its expanding subsidiary. This role offers an exciting international opportunity, as the successful candidate will eventually reside and work in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. The Data Analyst will collect, model, and interpret business and sales data to guide management decisions and maximize regional business performance.

• Data Modeling & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze complex business, inventory, and sales data to evaluate market performance.

• Business Intelligence: Build data models and dashboards that translate raw operational metrics into actionable insights for executive leadership.

• Reporting & Presentation: Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports, presenting trends and growth opportunities to stakeholders.

• Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with regional distribution teams to align data collection across West African channels, supporting expansion initiatives.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, market research, or business intelligence.

• Technical Skills: Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Practical experience with Power BI, SQL, or alternative data visualization and database querying tools is highly advantageous.

• Language Skills: Ability to speak and understand French is an added advantage (though not compulsory).

• Core Competencies: Excellent presentation and time management skills, strong integrity, and the absolute willingness to reside and work full-time in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.
