SAP Functional Support Analyst - Controlling

Dangote Group, one of Africa’s largest and most diversified business conglomerates, is recruiting an experienced SAP Functional Support Analyst specializing in the Controlling (CO) module for Dangote Cement Plc. Based in Lagos, this full-time role involves managing daily SAP operations, supporting ongoing SAP implementation projects, defining business requirements, and aligning financial controlling processes across cross-functional business units and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Module Support & Maintenance: Provide end-to-end functional support for SAP CO modules, resolving daily end-user issues and sharing operational knowledge.
• Requirements Gathering & Blueprinting: Collect, analyze, and translate business process parameters into clear development specifications and WRICEF customization requirements.
• Project & Integration Management: Oversee multiple SAP tasks and projects from conception to execution, ensuring seamless cross-functional integration with related modules and third-party systems.
• Testing & Authorizations: Perform functional testing, define roles and authorizations, maintain user access, create technical documentation, and conduct end-user training.
• Reporting & Customization: Design standard and customized SAP CO reports, map master/transaction data, and assist in business process re-engineering.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 6 years of core experience as an SAP Consultant or SAP CO Support Analyst, including involvement in at least 1 end-to-end SAP implementation project.

Technical Knowledge:

• Deep expertise in SAP CO parameters, business application system development, and process re-engineering.
• Exposure to S/4HANA (FSCM, Re-FX, delta changes), New G/L, AR/AP, Financial Closing, IFRS, and basic ABAP debugging is an added advantage.
• Understanding of WRICEF objects, user exits, and authorization management.
