This full-time, on-site leadership role drives the bank's overarching human capital strategy, oversees labor law compliance, and collaborates with executive management to foster a high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Governance: Formulate, execute, and refine bank-wide HR policies, workforce frameworks, and compliance structures aligned with Nigerian banking regulations and employment laws.

Talent & Performance Management: Direct end-to-end talent acquisition, performance appraisal systems, executive advisory, learning and development, and succession planning.

Employee Relations & Total Rewards: Lead organizational culture initiatives, oversee dispute resolution, manage employee engagement programs, and guide competitive compensation and benefits structures.
Requirements
Primary Requirements

Tenure & Domain: Proven track record in a senior HR leadership role, with direct experience leading HR teams within the Nigerian banking or financial services sector.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field (a relevant Master’s degree is an advantage).

Certifications: Professional HR credentials (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) are preferred.

Core Skills: Deep expertise in Nigerian labor and employment law, employee relations, HR metrics/data analytics, and strategic stakeholder management.
