About this role
African Industries Group (AIG)—a global conglomerate headquartered in Lagos—is recruiting a full-time HRMS Implementation Specialist in Ikoyi. Working across multiple business units, this role oversees the deployment, vendor coordination, system administration, and continuous performance optimization of the group's enterprise HRMS platform.
Key Responsibilities

System Deployment & Vendor Management: Liaise with external HRMS service providers to coordinate system rollouts, software enhancements, maintenance, and technical issue resolution.

Operations & User Support: Gather business unit requirements, manage user permissions, deliver functional end-user training, and ensure data integrity across HR workflows.

Analytics & Optimization: Monitor system performance metrics, document operational issues, and recommend platform upgrades to streamline enterprise HR processes.
Requirements
Primary Requirements

Tenure: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing or implementing enterprise HRMS solutions (with hands-on knowledge of Sage HRMS or equivalent software).

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Core Competencies: Proven experience managing HRMS vendors, deep understanding of HR process workflows, project coordination skills, and system data governance.
