About this role
Westfield Consulting Limited, recruiting on behalf of an integrated Oil & Gas company, is seeking a qualified Facility Coordinator. Located in Koko, Delta State, this role oversees site operations, preventive/corrective maintenance, HSE compliance, waste management execution, and logistics across petroleum depots, waste treatment plants, and marine service hubs.
Key Responsibilities-
Facility Operations & Maintenance: Oversee daily activities across petroleum depots, waste treatment facilities, and marine hubs; supervise scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.

HSE & Environmental Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, pollution control rules, and NUPRC/DPR guidelines.

Waste Management Coordination: Supervise the safe handling, treatment, and disposal of petroleum, industrial, medical, and domestic waste streams.

Logistics & Marine Supervision: Assist with site-level haulage operations, petroleum product supply lines, and maritime safety compliance during marine operations.

Team Supervision & Reporting: Lead site maintenance staff and external contractors while generating performance, compliance, and incident reports.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Oil & Gas facility supervision, industrial waste management, or environmental engineering/consulting.

Technical Knowledge: Strong background in petroleum terminal operations, pollution control methods, maritime safety regulations, and local environmental protection laws.

Key Competencies: Team leadership, contractor management, risk reduction, and strong technical report-writing skills.
