Online Sales Manager

Pad-Up Creations Limited—Africa’s leading producer of washable and reusable sanitary products and social impact hygiene solutions—is recruiting an Online Sales Manager on a hybrid basis at its office in Minna, Niger State. This full-time role owns the entire e-commerce funnel, driving digital revenue across direct web storefronts (Shopify, WooCommerce) and third-party marketplaces (Jumia, Amazon), while optimizing conversion rates (CRO) and tracking customer metrics.

• E-Commerce Strategy & Revenue: Execute the online commercial roadmap across proprietary web stores and third-party marketplaces to hit revenue targets.

• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Evaluate web traffic, user journeys, and checkout analytics to reduce cart abandonment and boost Average Order Value (AOV).

• Campaign & Promotional Execution: Design and execute seasonal promotions, product launch campaigns, email sales workflows, and upselling triggers.

• Performance Analytics & Tracking: Monitor key growth KPIs including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), conversion rates, and ROAS in coordination with marketing and inventory teams.

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of proven success in e-commerce management, online sales, or digital commercial growth roles.

• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4).

• Commercial Capabilities: Strong understanding of digital customer acquisition channels, paid media integration, conversion funnel optimization, and stock management.
