Procurement / Inventory Officer

Colossus Investments Limited—an agro-commodities processing and export firm—is recruiting a Procurement / Inventory Officer - Factory Consumables Store for its plant facility in Ilesa, Osun State. This full-time role oversees the sourcing, vendor negotiation, storekeeping, stock replenishment, physical audits, and distribution of factory consumables to ensure smooth factory operations.

• Sourcing & Vendor Procurement: Obtain quotations from approved suppliers, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, draft purchase requisitions/orders, evaluate new vendors, and track deliveries.

• Storekeeping & Material Issuance: Receive incoming consumables against POs, verify material condition, track expiration dates, and issue items against approved user requisitions.

• Inventory Control & Reorder Tracking: Maintain stock documentation, monitor minimum/maximum inventory thresholds, analyze consumption trends, and lead periodic physical stock counts.

• Financial Reconciliation & Reporting: Collaborate with Finance on invoice processing/vendor reconciliations, compile regular inventory reports, and enforce store housekeeping and internal control rules.

• Education: B.Sc. or HND in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, inventory control, or stores management in a manufacturing or FMCG context.

• Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP software, and MS Excel.
